How much caffeine is in it?
150mg per scoop, about a strong cup of coffee. Enough to feel locked in without the jitters or a hard crash, and paired with 300mg L-theanine to keep the focus smooth. Most pre-workouts run 300mg or more.
Will I build a tolerance?
The caffeine is dosed to stay effective, not chased upward. And the actives doing the heavy lifting, creatine, beta-alanine and citrulline, actually get better with consistent use, not worse.
Can I take it every day?
Yes, that's the point. Every active is clinically dosed for daily use. On rest days many people still take it for the creatine and recovery support; just keep total daily caffeine in mind.
When should I take it?
